The only way an account can be added or removed from a Bungie profile is by knowing the login credentials. This is why Bungie is unable to add or remove platform accounts on player's behalf as they do not have access to that information. Did this person enable cross save or is it just a Steam account linked to your profile?

My account has been compromised I have a video to prove this can you look into this for me please bungie?

hmmm sounds like you paid someone to play on your account back in the day... that is the only logic solution for me to get your credentials.... You can transfer your account from battle.net -> steam only once. Its not possible to unlink your steam account and all and try to transfer it to another steam account. It was a one time transfer. I'm sorry.... The best solution is to create a whole new bungie account and a new steam account or whatever platform you wanna play on and don't share your credentials again.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Swfan77 and Xaren below are correct in saying that Bungie is unable to update links to Bungie.net profiles on behalf of players, as you will need to log in to any accounts to prove ownership. To confirm, this Steam account currently linked to this Bungie.net profile is not yours and was added without your authorization? If so, prior to this account being added to your Bungie.net profile what other platform accounts did you have linked (Xbox, PS4, Battle.net, etc.)? Looking at your account it does not appear that Cross Save was ever enabled or disabled, as well as any other platform accounts linked. This means that you can easily create a new Bungie.net profile and connect your platform accounts to it instead, abandoning your previous Bungie.net profile. This will however result in any special code redemption emblems being lost as they are tied to your Bungie.net profile and not your game accounts. We notice you commented below about being unable to migrate your Battle.net account to Steam due to it being already set for migration. Please keep in mind that PC Migration is a one time process that cannot be changed or undone.

I know everyone has been responding already, and they are correct that you will need to work this out with Steam, but I am a bit confused on something - something that may shed some light for you, Steam, or others here.... You can only have 1 account, from each platform, linked to your Bungie account. From what I can tell, you only have a Steam account tied to this Bungie account ... Bungie account is "Litshadow" - linked Steam account is "AMIR_EDF". The only way to log in to your Bungie account is using the credentials from one of your linked platforms. Since you only seem to have Steam linked, and no other platforms, but you are claiming that the linked Steam account is not yours, how are you logging in to Bungie to begin with?? I'm sure the hacker didn't use the same credentials as yourself; and you would need to know the credentials of the hacker's linked account in order to access it -------- so, how is it that you are here posting on this account in the first place? What is the name of your Steam account? (just the name - don't give any other credentials)

Bungie can I please ask you to temporarily ban my account until I unlink then give it a 24 hours break before I can link it again then once it's been linked unban it? Please. This might be the only way to remove the hacker from my account. This is neither force unlink nor sharing credentials. The owner (me) has to login again with the account that I bought the game and link it again. There is nothing wrong or illegal about it.

Ok Steam just officially told me that bungie is supposed to help me. And honestly I get it, it's not their game and also they didn't make the bungie account linking process. What I don't understand is why bungie doesn't unlink that stupid account cause I have every possible proof that the account belongs to me. For the sake of god just f***ing imagine I made a steam account and I lost the credentials does that mean me the owner the buyer cannot access the game any f***ing more?!!!!!?????

Imagine someone temporarily gets access to your bungie trough i don't know what... Now he links his ps4 or xbox account to your you have no access to it anymore... You are doomed to forever stay and play on steam if you choose to change platforms you just have to buy it again and go through it all over again without what you have worked hard to achieve... Is this right? Is this ok? Is it your fault? All linking should be thought multiple verifications not just, ok you wanna link give us your username and password... Done, now go play. The idea of safety exists for a reason. One would think when they pay 100$ for a game it's safe to assume i can leave it alone for a couple of months and come back to play it no matter what happens to it... Yes i bought the complete edition on battle.net it was a gift from a friend of mine we both decided to play again but my account is gone soooo cool.
