Bungie doesn’t have your login credentials or anyone else’s and you need them to authenticate to link and unlink accounts. Since Bungie doesn’t have those credentials, they cannot do as you ask. That is why you have to work with Steam. Just because they told you to come to Bungie doesn’t make it correct. Bungie cannot do it. It’s not that they won’t, they can’t.

Yes I know I am sorry for the language I'm just really mad. I miss the game and all I had in it. But please can you at least send me an email from bungie that tells steam to at least look into this.

You have to keep bugging Steam because sometimes you get customer service people who don’t know what they are talking about. I get that all the time when I have to call customer service for things until I press them enough. Look, we all get mad. The vest thing about typing messages and posts is before you hit “send” or “post”, you can re-read what you wrote and edit it. Always try to remain calm, especially when trying to ask for help.
