Sadly Bungie just does not care about any players who encounter this issue with Bungie's PC Move system. It's totally broken and they refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever for the issues, opting instead to simply state what their problem is and move on. Just go play a better game, like Warframe. The devs there don't take a giant dump on parts of the playerbase and never apologise.

Same issue forsaken didnt transfer and have had 0 replies from bungie. Can someone please help i have the blizzard recipt for forsaken.

I would like to play the game but I cant because when I try to transfer my battle.net to my Steam I get this, "Error Transferring Entitlements" rinse repeat. I have tried different browsers all the same result. There is no open a ticket with Bungie that I can find just. Hey we no longer on battle.net hope your transfer works thanks for you money for a game you cant play, enjoy! Why is this happening, I know I am not the only one this is happening to, I wish the transfer would just simply work but NOOOOOOoooooooo

I have gotten items charachers and such but im missing my forsaken dlc and its quite anoying and i have tried to do the pc move again from my battle.net account and its just keep saying Error Transferring Entitlements Plizz fix cause i really wanna play destiny 2 again but cant cause im missing this dlc

Running Into this.. I got my guardian and all my gear transferred over, But don't have access to forsaken 2 and my annual pass. I can still go to the dreaming city, but I am currently unable to do anything with the forsaken quests. Cannot pickup bounties etc. Please Fix this yall, I went from B.net to steam.

For me is transfer done, but i miss my characters and silver on steam, im frustrated so much and i tryed to deactivate cross save and try it again after 90 days (coz bungo will not help us) and when intryed autenticate steam account i got error message: this steam account is not linked with you bungie account. Really nice 45 days btw

Still getting same error message "try again later" . I can see that both accounts are authenticated if I login to the CrossSave page from either the Battlenet or the Steam sides, but when I check the transfer status from the PCMove page it fails and displays the error message to "try again later". If I go to Steam and launch the Shadowkeep game launches, displays a message about needing to run the Crossave app, and if I just click Proceed, it flashes a progress bar but then does NOTHING. My only option it to QUIT. Now, to be clear I am only trying to run the "Free Version" of the game. I do not own "Shadowkeep" , but it never says that this is a requirement to play it on Steam. Steam does show an option to launch the free version, but the results are as described above... Can Bungie support offer any help on this?

Same thing. It says I do not have forsaken but I know I do. Also have the annual pass but yet I still get an error while transferring. Cant believe this hasn't been fixed yet honestly.

Hi, Please check in Cross Save page what data you have in steam section. I still have this error but all my characters were moved to steam, so i am just playing now.

Well i can't transfer to steam, but all info about my B.net acc not goin to steam ...why? I just done this all things step by step, and then get error... that's too bad, i really want to play game, but don't want to start it all over again...pls help me Bungie team
