not able to deactivate cross save

its not letting me deactivate cross bc it said i have recently bought silver on my playstation but i didnt i just want my old account back but it saying that i have to wait 82 days

  • Yeah Bungie had a stupid idea on that part I cant deactivate my cross save until 88 days because I purchased silver (which was almost a month ago) and all of my progress (close to 3 years), my season, and my ranking (crucible, survival, gambit ) are going to be gone once I get back. Plus I'll probably lose my rank in my clan. HEY BUNGIE why dont you fix this so all of us can get back to our original characters?

  • Yea I have the same problem I really wish I could play on my ps4 account separate from Xbox so I can re grind on my play station . But it says I need to wait 87 days ? Pls fix this Bungie <3

    • Same issue here however, I did purchase silver around 3 weeks ago. Now if I had known this was going to be an issue concerning silver, I would have thought this out just a wee bit better. Having Shadowkeep coming up and this happens? I as well desire my main account back (PC). Not to mention I have zero silver on that account as it stands. I sure do hope this is reversible because waiting 80+ days isnt an option. This really needs to be stressed BEFORE anyone does this and it's shown before you press 'ok' Warning!! you purchased Silver recently and if you continue, this account will be locked out for <insert how many days here>

      • I don't understand what you were trying to achieve??? you can't mix and match characters across platforms.... the idea is that you choose one "active" account (xbox, playstation or PC) and you get to use the progress made on that account across all platforms. You can't select a Hunter from xbox, warlock from PC and a Titan from Playstation... It say's before you do it that you won't be able to change for 90 days... there is a warning message right before confirm! All of you moaning at Bungie, when the problem is not Bungie but your inability to follow simple instructions!

          • Same issue but I did buy silver a few weeks back it’s odd that it won’t let you unlink if you haven’t purchased any silver.
