Cant join clan from app
So my friends joined my group but don't know what a computer is anymore, and cant seem to understand that join clan option isn't even an option on the app and they have to use the website. they insist that they already joined the clan because they are part of the group. Please can i have some support to show the clan and option to join in the app?

1 ReplyYes all this function needs to be available on the app. You shouldnt have to access a totally different website to be able to join a clan.

2 RepliesI joined my clan completely through the app. If they say they have joined are you sure an administrator (presumably you since you say its your group) has accepted them? Because when they select to join someone has to accpt them before it official.

3 RepliesYou can do this from the browser on your phone. Granted this doesn't solve the 'in app' problem, but it does solve the clan issue. What I do to make this simple for people joining clans that I belong to is I log in to Bungie.net, go to groups, select the group in question, go to their main page / group wall, select the URL, email it to myself, open the email on my phone, copy the link and post it in a group forum withh e title 'clan tag.' People can then click on the link in the app and it will open as if in a browser. At the top of the page, below your clan name will be three options: Interact Set as clan About They can select 'set as Xbox clan' or whatever console you set. This way is a bit of a pain, but allows people to access your clan tag via the app.
