How about you don't ruin PvP in destiny 2 Bungie?
How about you just make it like it was in year one where everyone spawns with ammo. Rather than ruining your own competitive game type by forcing a specific meta, rather then letting people play the way they want. To me, it sounds like you want people to not play competitive because you don't give a damn.

4 RepliesI really don't see the problem. Invective regenerates ammo for shot guns, Icebreaker regenerates ammo for sniper rifles and No Land beyond has unlimited ammo as a primary. Sidearms spawn with ammo. Fusion rifles are the only special weapon which you lose ammo on and when I play crucible there are ALWAYS unopened crates on the map. Pick up the crucible weapon bounties, it makes you get 25-50 kills on each weapon type. I found the game was getting really stale and i find it's so much more fun mixing it up.

2 RepliesI have a feeling right when crucible really started to suck it's because bungie decided -blam!- it let's make the rest of D1 a test and try a bunch of stuff and play around with the meta so they know better for D2. Maybe they can't afford to do a PTS for every patch so they are kind of using the game itself as one. I'm fairly confident that by doing this they'll have enough data and information to not screw up D2.

7 RepliesThe issue with this game was that everyone did spawn with special ammo for OP weapons (which they should be). The ammo distribution is in a great place now, you have to use your primary more which is how it always should have been. People who struggle now crutched OP shotties and snipers which had insane aim assist.

PvP is broken. Doesn't matter a shiney shite what subclass or gear you run. When the red-bars and DR are afoot all point in continuing has packed it's bags, flown out the window, flagged a taxi to the airport and is on its way to Benidorm for tens days of sunshine and sangria, at a very reasonable price....

I think bungie's employees are all 22 year olds straight out of college who don't remember good gaming. I'd also like to add that they can't even get half the pve people to do a strike so they're really not doing well with either half of the game.

You do spawn with ammo. Primary ammo 😊 Let be real they are trying to make this game competitive and people running around using power weapons as primaries is not competitive at all. Changing special ammo was a great move. They almost have destiny to a state where it can be a very competitive game they still need to make a few changes to ice breaker and sticky grenades, maybe even change the way ammo spawns (take it out of team spawn points to force players to battle for map control) but other than that the game is in a great spot. Primary weapons are balanced across the board, none of them stand out as op.
