MULTIPLATFORM ACTIVATION PROBLEMS
Bungie, I need help. I had serious problems with one of my active accounts on multiplatform, and I had to disable crossplay to unlink it. And now I can't play anymore because, in addition to the ninety days I have to wait to activate again,I no longer have the console/platform my characters were with main ;-;
I speak Portuguese (Brazil) and I used Google translator to write, sorry if I don't understand everything.
Português:::: Bungie, eu preciso de ajuda. Tive problemas sérios com uma das minhas contas ativas no multiplaforma, e precisei desativar o crossplay para desvincular ela. E agora não consigo mais jogar porquê, além dos noventa dias que tenho que esperar para ativar novamente, não possuo mais o console/plataforma em que meus personagens estavam com principal;-;

When you deactivated cross-save, then your PSN characters became PS-only and your other accounts reverted to whatever profile they had before cross-save was set up. That may mean a blank or very old profile. Unfortunately all the above is working as designed as well as the 90-day cooldown, which cannot be removed for any reason.
