My friend has purchased destiny 2 the complete collection 1 day ago but he cant play it.
Everytime he tries to log in a character it says:
Attention.
You have lost connection to the Destiny 2 servers.
Your permissions to acces online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere.
Could you please help me to help my friend cause we have tried everything to fix this but it just wont please Bungie or someone else help us please.
The console is ps4 by the way.

Clear your cache on your PS4 and power cycle your modem/router. That will fix it. Steps are below. 1. Turn off your PS4 (not rest mode, must be turned off) 2. Unplug your PS4 3. Unplug your modem and router 4. Wait 3-5 minutes 5. Plug everything back up 6. Turn PS4 back on and launch Destiny That should fix it for you. The modem/router power cycling normally is not necessary but it's good practice to do every now and again and you may as well while everything else is off.
