The exotic is one of the best in the entire game. It’s just not as exciting as other builds. No need to buff or change it. That’s just how it is.

From my experience, ColdHeart is nice, and Wavesplitter with its suppression can be cool. But the crit spot and debuff have just been the most consistent without delegating what your teamates use. Div allows any teams to run any heavy and still be as effective as rockets etc.

I was running some blues through Tier 7 Deep dives for the exotic and ran Div. If you’re running a coordinated team then I can see the potential to use any other trace. But for uncoordinated teams/randoms I’ll take Div over anything to try and make it as smooth as possible.

There’s nothing better at grabbing someone’s attention than a giant crit bubble. More likely to get them to trigger your helmet perk if they’re drawn to shoot at the target.

Someone I play with has an absurd amount of usage with ruinous. Nothing about the build requires you to use a specific trace rifle, so he’s free to use that and be just as effective. The debuff from div is only 15%, so you can match it pretty easily and even without debuffs, the infinite heavy is deleting everything anyways. Legendary trace rifles or exotics work just as well for it. When I used it, I had at export slot taken by arbalest so that I covered anti barrier champs. You got a lot of freedom.

Used to be busted with the suppressive glance since you could chain it indefinitely. Either kill a debuffed enemy for stylish executioner or throw the smoke bomb straight up so you have time to swing before going invis. Not particularly useful, but quite fun.
