P2P is fine if people have a stable connection. People who use wifi, hotspots, have low UP speed will have problems. P2P is not ideal and we all know that, but making sure you have a good connection does help. All problems are NOT at Bungie's end.
We have 2 consoles hardwired only ever have a problem once in a blue moon.

The OP is 100% right. The connection system doesn’t work at all. Recently something has gone absolutely wrong with their matchmaking. I’ve had to restrict my connection to have a decent game in crucible. I’m based out of the UK with 1000mbps down 200 mbps up, hard wired with my PS prioritised within the network. If I play on that connection I get based against players from Saudi, Korea, Japan, Russia etc etc. Doesn’t matter what I do I can’t kill anyone in crucible no one takes damage I’m behind everyone, last night I restricted my connection and forced changed my location to the east coast of America. Now I match people in the east coast of America or the UK!!!! I’ve tried to get help through the forum but have had no response other than match making works as intended !!!!

I am also from the UK and have similar ups and down to you. My husband has NO problems at all when playing PvP. We have 2 consoles set up and have NO problems at all.

So the question is. Why get people restricted or banned for other peoples bad connection? IT IS a result of bad matchmaking! You can´t blame only players with a bad connection because it is also on Bunie´s end! If u have a certain requirement, then don´t allow those players to install the game at the first place! Why let everyone in this world buy the game, if u don´t meet the "requirements?

Bungie so not restrict or ban people on other people's connection. Bungie [b]has[/b] to investigate, after checking the reported player's logs and they see evidence then they send out the restrictions or bans.

Bungie hands out restrictions very fast, so they don´t seem to investigate quiet good. How long u think they check/investigate before handing out a restriction or ban?! Some people play literally only 2-3 matches in crucible or gambit before they get a restriction! That´s not investigating for me a t all!

@ingweQueen Match making is messed up maybe you're lucky but everyone is my clan 100 people are experiencing the same and i know alot of other people are. you really need to get off the band waggon of Bungie can do no wrong, if this was a new game like Cyber Punk it would have been removed from the store there are so many things wrong with it

U´re so right with what u say! Destiny wouldn´t even have a chance to be sold as broken as it is right now! People need to start realizing, that Bungie is doing something horribly wrong. I wish that more people would speak up about that issue and not getting scared away from people who are trying to "protect" Bungie!
