When i go through the help forum, i see more and more restrictions/bans for "poor" internet connections! I myself have gone through a restriction for the exact reason. I know that this is not a new issue and that you restricted/banned players for a few years now. You´re blaming & punishing people for their connection because we get connected p2p. We players, are trying everything in our power, to "fix" our connection. But don´t you think, it´s time for you now to give us finally dedicated servers? Players who paid now a lot of money for the Deluxe version of the new DLC, can´t even play activities or finishing quests because they´re restricted/banned. Those activities makes us play crucible and gambit because the quest requires us to kill Guardians. You´re taking money from us but deny us the access to content! Destiny is literally the ONLY game, where you as the developer hand out restrictions and bans. You basically release a game, for everyone in this world to play despite the fact that when someone connects from Europe all the the way to Australia or America, there will be a huge latency! Ofc people then have connection issues because if you get matchmade with a host who has a bad connection, you´re laggy as well. So you punish someone (who might even have a good connection) because the other player has a bad connection. If you continue treating your paying player base like that, you will lose a lot of players! You literally have no REAL support to offer your customers. We can´t contact you by email or phone. Only with a "submit form" where we (most of the time) don´t even get an answer! If players write here in the Help Forum, the only thing we get from you is a "copy-paste" message! You don´t even care to answer our questions for real! Despite all that, i still love the game and wanna play what i paid for! So please Bungie, get rid of restrictions/bans for matchmaking activities due to poor internet connection in general.
