Incorrect, there is a huge imbalance in pvp and it comes from special weapons and their instant ttk.
Trials is no fun at all now, I hate it. Ever since year 2 my kd has gone down and down. I don't think I've been killed by a primary weapon in trials for a long time.
They really need to get people using primary weapons again, whilst specials are used as primaries balance cannot exist.

Trials was awsome in yr 1, but sadly it became a "rush" game in yr 2. I wonder if power didn't matter would bring balance to Too...

I don't think power matters is the problem. It's the fact that you can still use special weapons as your primary for the entire game that's the problem.

I rarely used thorn in pvp, check my kill stats. Whole host of different weapons I used to use.

But no one else used anything besides thorn.

This is true, but I was OK with that, thorn was not instadeath, which is what you get from sniper rifles and shotguns.

Primary weapons got nerfed so hard...hand cannons use to 2 shot and have great accuracy....pulses use to 2 burst and have great range...autos wrecked when game first came out....now none of those weapons can 2 shot and ranges, accuracy, and ammo got nerfed hard....not to mention the hundreds of ability nerfs...we are so underpowered than we use to be...there is not much incentive to use...people just camp in trials get special ammo up...

Yep, agreed, and to me this is the problem. It's just not enjoyable for me any more.
