Accidentally bought exotic gear for wrong character, please help.
I realize that this is my fault, but im looking for some help here. I would greatly appreciate a refund. I played for a long time to get those strange coins and it really stinks to see them go for nothing in return. If you can't provide compensation, could you consider adding a confirm option on all high price purchases? I doubt i'm the first or the last person to mess this up. Thanks for making a great game Bungie, i hope you guys can help me out.

7 OdpowiedziIt may be your "fault" but this is a design flaw. There should have been a confirmation screen.

2 OdpowiedziYou aren't the first person to do that (I never did it but I seen plenty of other people on here do it) definitely don't dismantle it just put it in your vault and make a Titan character eventually and then they can use it that's your best option now

Give the Titan a shot. Make one and level it up to 20. They seem really good and I'm about to start leveling mine.

Bought the gear for the wrong character. Well use the vault to hold it switch to the proper character then take from vault with that one. Use the vault to transfer between characters.

1 OdpowiedźAs it turns out, purchases from Destiny Vendors are non-refundable. Make sure you're absolutely sure and very careful when selecting items.

The only thing that should be added to the game in case of these instances is a trade option so you can find someone else that made that same mistake. That most likely would be your best bet at getting bungie to do anything about this in the game. Understand that if they do give you something for your mistake then everyone will start demanding a compensation which in turn makes bungie lose money for all the extra programming to be done. So except the mistake and ask for a trade shop so you can redeem your mistake.

Similar thing happened, I wanted to buy one for my warlock and then a hunter helmet, I thought it went over far enough but it didnt and I bought two warlock helmets. Lovely.
