Bow reload speed bug - unchanged by stats, mods, or perks
After update 9.7.0, bow reload speed is the same no matter whether any perks, mods, masterwork, or stat changes there are on the bow.
3 different Kinetic slot precision bows, each different perks/mods/masterwork in video to compare. Reload is exact same no matter what.
This almost kills using bows in PVP unfortunately, really tanking speed between shots.
