What will happen with the Artifact Mods and the seasonal activities after the June Update?

Is the Artifact mod going to be on a randomizer like every 2-3 months, or are they going to be permanently vaulted? Is this also what will happen to the seasonal activities (Solstice, Festival of the Lost, and the Dawning)?

Nothing has been said about the artifact. Seasonal events are being retired, so they wont happen again. They're adding a bunch of their weapons to engrams so they remain obtainable. Armor ornaments that were sold previously for Bright Dust from those events will both be directly purchasable and available through Bright Engram focusing.
