Cross progression - unable to unlink my old PSN account which was hacked
Please assist me with being able to unlink or reset the PSN profile that was previously linked to my profile
I no longer have access to this account to be able to authenticate, and I would really like to be able to enable cross progression between my console and PC
If anyone could provide assistance I would greatly appreciate it

1 OdpowiedźHey there, unfortunately as of March 2025, it is no longer possible to unlink accounts from a Bungie Account. In addition, Bungie will not unlink anyone's accounts manually on their end under any circumstances.

If your account has been compromised, we are unable to assist you, and you will need to contact your platform's support.
