Need help removing a Bungie account from my friend list that keeps failing the request
Resolved - Greetings Bungie Moderator,
I want to remove and block a Bungie account from my friend list and it will not remove that account when I try to do so. It keeps failing the request. I have done everything right, pretty simple to follow. So I don't need support with how to do it. The concern is that the Bungie account is not removable. I can also still see this person in Destiny on my friend list. Which I do not want.
Without going into details. I really want this person's account removed and blocked from my friend list.
I do not want to post the account name here. How can I get help with this?

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. Please try to clear your browser cache if you are attempting to remove your friend through a browser. Alternatively, try to remove this friend in game or through the companion app if you have not already attempted to do so. You might also have to remove this friend from your platform friends list if they are on there, as well.
