A mission bug? In the mission 'Altar Reflection: Catalyst", the witch's eye was not open.
In the mission 'Altar Reflection: Catalyst", the witch's eye was not open, and nothing I can do.
Also I think I bring the weapon with me. But the puzzle at the beginning is also different from the first time I came.
There are two pictures for 'the eye' as well.
