Everyone trying to bucket the water out of the ship on its way down, all chanting "there is hope", "we need overdelivery NOW".
Yall its over. There is no way in hell this game will ever be even at Edge of Fate numbers.
Last i checked, 8k on steam. Worst its ever been. And with Marathon coming out, itll drop to <4k.
If any of you want Destiny to be saved, hope and pray Marathon does well. Because that is bungies last hope as a Studio to keep developing games. You really want a Sony D3 in 10 years from now? Or a Bungie D3 in 3 years from now?
But i still do not see how any of you can believe this game can be restored and brought back to life. There is no roadmap, and I believe Bungie is delaying the "DLC" for more time to cut the news that they are abandoning D2. It gives the game more time to fully die out so they can have a bigger reason to stop development.
Smell the roses yall, cut the cope and move on. No point in crying on the forums hoping bungie will save the game when its clear its over.

We've always smelled the roses. We've always been able to separate out the good from the bad. Some of us. Those well-adjusted. Some people should they not like pickles... when they get their burger... they take the pickles off, they politely ask for a new burger. Some people lose their ****. Slam the burger into their plate, flip over tables... scream and demand a refund... review bomb the restaurant. Fixate and obsess over the mortal wound caused to them... From... Pickles. Certainly, going to be a long drought... if the game dies, that will be sad. Still was a fun decade spent.

Bungie’s hopeful roadmap is shown. It reads from right to left. MARATHON_🚗_🚙_🚗_🚙_🚗_DESTINY2

Thanks for the pep talk bro

Only way a D3 can even happen is if bungie are doing great ie marathon and d2 needs to be healthy so assuming bungie can turn things around which considering Sony just closed another studio they really can't afford any mistakes it would be 8 years plus for D3. As much as I still like the game I really don't see Sony giving many more chances for destiny.
