Again what bungie is doing to us? Taking our money for something we paid and not delivering or using it for something else (marathon!) Just wondering…

10 OdpowiedziYou don't need a lawyer. You're 100% entitled to a full refund for Shadow & Order, & you can get it at any time.

I have seen many self proclaimed lawyers but I am not sure if they could help you. Still wondering how their sueing is going after 3 months (Likely never happened)

You dont need a lawyer to ask for a refund. There is no legally-binding contract between you and Bungie that one of you is petitioning to dissolve. There are no damages incurred that you are attempting to recoup. You are both "at-will" participants in a singular transaction & may negotiate as you see fit within local laws & ordinances. Your legitimate argument is that you paid for Renegades based on all the content that was advertised to be delivered within a certain timeline.... and now some of that content will not be available within the timeframe. However... you've already been provided with some of that content in the Lawless Frontier, Fire & Ice, and Equilibrium... so, a 100% refund seems pretty unreasonable. You might be "entitled" to 50% at best... maybe tell Bungie you're moving overseas in June & could've played from March to June, but wont get what you paid for if it comes after June ... unless the Terms & Conditions say something like "all release dates are subject to change" then Bungie can just tell you to suck it.

1 OdpowiedźShadow and order is a free update to all players so not sure what a lawyer would be able to do

4 OdpowiedziShadow and order is free you paid for renegades so very likely no you can't get a refund plus its not against the law to delay content 3 months.
-
You agreed to the Bungie TOS.

1 Odpowiedź
Taking our money for something we paid and not delivering
1. Bungie did not take your money. 2.You made a purchase of a game license from one of the platform stores. So, Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic, they took your money and in return you received a license to play the game. So as long as you were able to play the game on that platform you got what you paid for. If not, you would need to speak to them for a refund provided you meet their criteria.
using it for something else (marathon!) Just wondering…
We as consumers do not get to dictate how a company spends their revenue.
