Request change of date of birth
Hello bungie, I am on my alt account here because I can't do it on my main account but I request to change my date of birth to [REDACTED] on my main account which the Playstation account connect to it is cdburnettfam and the bungie user is burnit.
I am doing this because my account can't use voice/text chat and I also can't buy silver. I am 14 y/o. I was told it was some date of birth issue.
I have attached three photos of myself, my school ID with my school colored out and some information on my laptop with only my date of birth and my full name in it.

Once done, head to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024632-Contact-Form-Data-Privacy-Requests]this page[/url] and read through it. Near the bottom it provides an email address for players that cannot sign into their Bungie account on the help center to get support with privacy requests. [quote]Users who cannot sign into their Bungie.net profiles or who do not have a Bungie.net profile, can submit a privacy request by [b]emailing privacyrequests@bungie.com[/b] to start their request. [/quote] You would send them an email stating its a 'Correct my data' request and provide the information there alongside the ID. Bungie will process it and depending on your region (in cases of digital age of consent) they may ask for your parents identification as well.
