From 450 to 500, I was able to pull an A rank every time with a -10 power delta. You must get an A rank to get a +1 piece of gear and not be reliant on Primes. From 500 on, -40 is basically required, at least right at 500. I managed to get an A rank at -30, but just barely. Had I gotten any less time bonus and I would not have gotten the A. Primes at 500+ are not dropping at +3 anymore, but rather +2. My feedback Bungie? Tamp it down a bit, this -40 sucks, it's not fun. Also, knocking the Primes down a peg just as you talk about wanting more people to reach the mountaintop seems a bit... Well, Bungie-esk at this point, doesn't it? I've said it before and I'll say it again. It takes a TON of time and effort to max out. If you value our time and effort so little that you rip it all away and reset us, I promise, I'm done with Destiny and Bungie.
