I bought rewards pass and its not giving it to me
I bought the Edge of Fate expansion, but it isn't giving me the rewards pass season 27 Ash & Iron. My friend had also bought the expansion and it gave him his rewards pass.

Season 27: Reclamation's pass ran from July 14th to September 9th. Season 27: Ash and Iron, which fills the gap between now and the next mini-expansion, Renegades, has its own reward pass. If you bought Edge of Fate before the 9th of September, then it is working as expected. What version did your friend buy exactly? Does he use cross-save and has he bought Edge of Fate on a second platform too - which would grant a second pass and let him claim Ash and Iron's premium rewards. When did he buy it? If he bought it since Ash and Iron launched, that's why he has this particular pass.
