This has been an issue since the launch of Edge of Fate and has still gone without acknowledgement or a fix, the description for the aspect on prismatic wasn't even updated and still only says solar weapons works as intended in PvE on both elements and works in PvP off of non solar guns but only if you're playing Solar as shown in the clip
