Request to Unlink Lost Steam Account from Bungie.net
Dear Bungie Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my Bungie.net account linked to an old Steam account that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I do not remember the email associated with that Steam account, which prevents me from recovering it.
I currently have Cross Save enabled, and in order to disable it, I need to authenticate my Steam account. However, since I no longer have access to that Steam account, I am stuck and unable to proceed.
I would like to request assistance in unlinking the lost Steam account from my Bungie.net profile so that I can link a new one. Could you please guide me through the process or let me know if there is an alternative way to resolve this issue? I can provide any necessary verification details to prove account ownership.

there is a possibility that the steam account no longer exist, in this situation there is nothing that can be done?

Allo there, Unfortunately in order to unlink an account it has to be verified by the owner of the account. Bungie can't remove it for you as they don't have access to our accounts. The only way to solve this problem is to recover the account / remember the credentials.
