Hello, I've been experiencing rampant crashes and freezes for almost a year now with little success help wise. I've done everything possible to fix any possible issue, from new cables to cooling fans, but my hypothesis is that an issue on the bungie servers side is causing these crashes. I've attempted to contact bungie help previously with little success, and im hoping for an update on the matter. My current issue is that the game randomly freezes, then crashes or completely shuts off my xbox before restarting. This has become extremely frustrating to work with as it ruins playability with people and activities. As said previously, i have attempted all major and minor things to improve my xbox and game issues on my end. However, they seem fruitless as the crashes have become [u]more[/u] frequent since episode heresy has been released. The crashes did slow down last episode, but they have come back with a vengeance. If this issue can be alerted further up so it can be investigated more urgently, i would be very grateful. I'd hate to leave the game for a long period of time again due to this issue as i really am enjoying the new content, but it gets ruined with these crashes!
