I fully upgraded the smite of merain harrowed pulse rifle a few months ago, and the left perk still isn't enhanced but the right one is and there's nothing I can do. Then recently, my God roll midnight coup handcannon both perks are fully upgraded however when you inspect the weapon both perks show up without a blue or red outline on them. Never seen anything like it. I was going to upload pictures but I don't know how to. This sucks. 2 really good weapons trashed.[spoiler][/spoiler]
