It just makes sense. Saint-14 themed aspect, who has a fusion rifle that stuns unstops, so I genuinely don't see why this would be a stretch. Give the aspect some grenade energy regen depending on damage taken and thats it the thing is actually useful. This would tie in really well with void titan's kit aswell (im not mentioning the abomination which is prismatic titan) as it would give the class a way to deal with barrier (volitale rounds) overload (supression) and im sure you can guess the last one. Just please make this thing viable in ANY sense.
