Final Shape annual refund
Hello,
I bought the annual package for the final shape. I was promised a full experience and was looking for coming back to the game. Since I am a Solo player, and I will never have access to the exotic class items which are essential to the prismatic class, and this is what I was promised. And NO. I dont want to play a mission with a stranger. My game. My choice.
Therefore, I would like to refund my purchase. I dont care about this game any more or this studio for that matter since it never delivers on its promises.
Dont get me wrong the campaign was great, but this is not what I payed 100 bucks for!!!
Please tell me how to proceed.

You paid for all of the content, you didn't pay just for one mission or item so you have access, you just don't want to use that access. You probably pre ordered before they even mentioned anything about a class item too. It's a MMO, not a single player and its actually not your game, it's every players game (technically bungies game) It's not bungies fault in any way that you don't want to do content they added and you paid for as they never said anything about it being solo content. It's your fault and you're just projecting and blaming others for something that you do to yourself. it's not that hard to queue up with a Stranger for 20-30 minutes to get what you want and I'm saying that as someone with PTSD, social anxiety, agoraphobia and depression. To make it easier to understand: If you repeatably hit yourself with a hammer, on purpose as hard as you can, you don't blame the hammer or the makers of the hammer for you getting hurt by doing it repeatedly.
