Bungie please bring back Flawless pool. My team which has never gone Flawless been getting 5-0 by Flawless teams. It's been 10 games now and all we are being matched with is Flawless teams. Yes, we suck, but we can't get better if we can't get a single shot off before being bulldozed by sweats. You learn by playing against people with similar skill and slowly build yourself, imagine a goldfish being put in an eagles nest and told to beat it. That's how I feel being pushed to face Flawless teams as a casual player.
