Characters deleted during crossplay activation
While trying to activate cross play for Xbox —> Steam, my only 3 characters on my Xbox were deleted on Steam and Xbox. In an effort to get my characters back, I checked the “deactivate cross play” button, only to realize I have to wait 32 days to resolve the issue. I have no clue what to do, and I am going to be googling this until it is resolved. Any help is appreciated.

I answered you in your other post. To summarize. Deactivate cross save wait 90 days. Bought silver must wait 90day silver purchase first then deactivate cross save. Total wait time 180 days. Once done you can't set cross save up again.
