Unstoppable Scout rifle not activating
Just started playing since the Hotfix and have noticed that for some reason Unstoppable Scout Rifle is not activating on Scout Rifles. I have included a video to show exactly what I mean. I have also tried swapping to a Aisha's Embrace with the same result. I have also completey restarted the game and issue still remains. This is Mad Annoying.

1 OdpowiedźOk, so apparently any mods from artifact relating to Champions have stopped working. I am also unable to proc Barrier on Pulse's now as well. it was working fine up till about 3 hours ago.
