Hello, So recently I upgraded from a 3080TI (which broke on me) to a 3090. I was able to run Destiny 2 perfectly fine on the 3080ti but once I upgraded to the 3090, I would get massive frame stutters (jumping from 150fps to 34fps in the tower). This was happening in strikes, crucible, and gambit as well. Would anyone be able to assist in trying to figure out what this issue is? I would love to get back to playing without getting dizzy everytime I try run any activity. PC Specs: i9-9900k 3.6GHz 64gb DDR4 3200 RAM RTX 3090
