HELP!!! Need answers or directed to the right place
My Xbox account was hacked and all my characters were resetted and all items in my vault, inventory, postmaster, and season pass were deleted and all of my bright dust and silver was spent on Destiny 2. I have a case number with microsoft and proof I was not playing Destiny 2 during the time everything was taken. I am just looking for some option on what I can do to either get my things recovered or refunded. Any helpful information is appreciated.

Nothing can and will be done; Bungie doesn't restore deleted stuff; your account security is your responsability.

Nope. Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters for any reason. Same for refunds. Due to the amount of people who are stupidly give out account details to strangers for recoveries Bungie now considers account security our responsibility not theirs.
