Are these not guaranteed? I’m running patrols and will get them to drop every other time or so. Sometimes it ranges from 2-5 patrols until I get 1 silver leaf. I’m wondering if this is the intent. Every other activity 100% drops them. Bungie said it was “fixed” but it only enabled them to have a drop chance. Anyone else realized this? I thought the hotfix was going to fully patch it.
