If we ever get a Last Word catalyst, I think the most balanced catalyst would be just 4 bullets more in the mag
Since the current Solstice Weapons with their "Dreamwork" trait are a bit bugged and work for other guns too (unless that is intentional), it is possible to experience TLW with 12+ rounds in the mag.
And honestly, I think a 12 rounds mag as catalyst benefit is all TLW would need for PvE to become a good choice.
In PvP TLW is already pretty strong, so it would just get a bit stronger.
The 8-bullet mag keeps the DPS and usage in PvE in check. Adding 4 more rounds means less reloading, more damage uptime.
