Stormdancer's brace's ornament has a visual bug where the right part of the coat will start violently flipping around. It only happens when viewing your character's gear and not in the appearance tab or any other screen where it is visible. Changing other pieces of armor does not solve the issue. As far as I am aware, this has been a bug since it was released. See video link for how it looks.
