Vox Obscura Master Triumph
I did the Vox Obscura quest on Master difficulty but I didn't get the triumph or the Risen seal objective completed. I have the Dead Messenger catalyst and everything.

1 OdpowiedźHey there, the activity ends when Zavala and Caiatl finish talking. So it is possible to claim the reward from the chest (such as Dead Messenger or the catalyst) and technically abandon the activity before it counts as complete. That can cause things like the triumph to not pop.
