I was using Hunter top arc tree with Melee Wellmaker and Overcharge Wellmaker and I did not get a single arc elemental well, neither from melee kills nor from finishers. I unequipped liars handshake, just to see if it is the cause, still no wells... tried different loadouts and weapons, it seems, that it is not possible with arc subclass to spawn elemental wells... is there a big bug???
