Celestial fire scorch doesn't count as melee kill
I've been using celestial fire this season, and the scorch after the change isn't activating sunbracers, felwinter's helm, melee wellmaker, swashbuckler, etc.
However, all of this does work with the scorch from the incinerator snap.
Is this an intended nerf to celestial fire or a bug?
