So if people see this upvote it because I was successful. It shouldn't be a hassle and take a week, but it did. So I went and allowed all permissions from Bungie, I had to switch email and change back and reverify my preferred email, that way I had the verification email I couldn't get otherwise. A week later I used that same email verification from Bungie again and was able to claim the rewards. Just clicking the verify/ or verifying the same email twice rather might work. For me it took a week but it might just need the same email verified twice. And I mean to use the same email verification email twice, not to get the email address sent two different email verifications.
