Hi Bungie! Got a restriction for no apparent reason, Bungie need to explain why restrictions are handed out at random! And dont quote the policies, we know those. This is a question of a Restriction issued without merits nor justification. And no, this is not a network issue on the users part, we actually played the whole team in the same room, and no one experienced any network related issues. as coud be verified by seeing all the 3 players views at once side by side. The competition on the other hand where both AFKing and rubberbanding and then teebagging, and most likely issuing reports as they where loosing to a solid team of 3. This is not funny anymore Bungie, handing out penalties without any explanation or responsibility to your customers. No real customer service phone or email, just the appeal that don't even answer directly. You Bungie like to take our money, but when you are asked to fix things you blame the customers and claim the customers network is at fault. Well it is not! All major streaming services work just fine here, as well as other games, so dont blame the customer or the network thanks. Now if the case would be blatant cheating or similar I would fully understand. But for winning in Trials and getting Restricted, not how this should work... Bungie fix this!!!
