Collective Obligation Drop Rate
What is the drop rate for Collective Obligation? Also, what factors influence the chance to drop? I have 56 clears (about 53 of those are looted, around 30 are Rhulk CP) and have not had it drop yet. I have earned the Disciple-Slayer title, so I have done everything on master as well. What can I do besides hope RNG finally favors me? Does doing complete runs of the raid improve chances?

It doesn't matter if you do a full clear or just Rhulk. I believe the most accurate way to sum up the bad luck protection is "In one week, if Rhulk is killed, but Collective Obligation does not drop, a cumulative drop rate increase will be applied next week". So that means, 1 - Three looted clears in one week will all be at the same drop rate. The increase does not kick in until the following week. 2 - Whether it is three looted clears in one week or just one, the increase applied the following week will be the same. 3 - Eventually after so many weeks of completion, the drop rate will be automatic but we don't know how long that will take. Took me until this season to get hold of it myself.
