Caiatl gets close to the bell, we shoot it MORE than enough to trigger it before she makes it immune, she gets away. Someone is standing where the stand psion spawns in the nightmare, we hit the bell to enter the nightmare, player teleports to where the rally flag was placed. I died in the nightmare during damage phase, not only does my ghost not spawn in the nightmare, but when I respawn myself, it spawns me in the area where the previous hidden chest is.
