Cross save from PlayStation to xbox
Hi I'm hoping someonecan help me I have tried everything and don't know what else to do. I am currently trying to enable cross save from my PlayStation to my Xbox as I can no longer access my PlayStation account. I am logged in to the destiny 2 mobile app and when click on the cross save button it takes me to bungie.net and asked me to sign in to PlayStation which I can no longer access I have nearly 8 year of memories with my account and I'm starting to freak out and nearly cry as I don't want to lose all my hard work in Destiny over nearly 8 years. I've spoken to PlayStation and they cannot help me so I'm posting in these forms hopping I can getting help please if you can help me I would be greatfull beyond belief

Bungie wont manually add/unlink an account to cross-save. You have to be able to authenticate the account you're adding to prove that you own it.
