Got 1000 silver from an email survey a few months ago, but I can't claim it, says "on different plattform" in Eververse
Hello,
a few months ago (might even be a year ago) I got an official email from Bungie which asked me to answer a few questions in a survey, and promised me 1000 silver "a few weeks after the survey".
I actually received the silver automatically a few weeks after but in the Eververse store it says that the 1000 silver are on a different plattform. I play on PC, not on console or anything, and I don't know how to access the silver now.
