In these trying times, I'm sure the Vanguard could use an influx of capital to fill its coffers. So with that in mind, I propose the Vanguard sell me Mercury for 400,000 bright dust.
It's not like the Vanguard is using it. Or can use it, given its engulfment by The Darkness. So sell it to me. No one will miss it. No one misses it now, do they? Of course they don't. It's a wee bit of planet easily forgotten. But I'll gladly take it.
Nothing stands in the way of this deal. The planet's only resident was Brother Vance and he's surely gone by now. And even if not, he has no legal claim to it. He was a squatter. And Osiris will never be able to use it again given his now mortal condition. So it's just orbiting there going to waste.
Sure I'll have to deal with The Darkness, but that's my concern. You merely have to sign over all rights to Mercury to me in perpetuity. It's just that simple. And 400,000 bright dust is yours. Spider would have sold me the Tangled Shore for less. (Miss ya Spider.)
I look forward to hearing from you.

7 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Erafracture: 7/4/2022 1:57:09 PMI have a better idea. Why buy mercury when you could buy something better? I propose this. Buy a pyramid ship for 400k bright dust. Trust me. The value is there. And it’s not like there’s a disciple in Every ship. Take the one from the moon, or Europa. I’m sure the Winnower wouldn’t mind.

It'd be funny if Bungie literally wrote a canon lore tab about your Guardian now owning Mercury (wouldn't affect gameplay or anything, just a funny lore tab). Heck, I'm sure the community would love it if Bungie did that. However, we all know Bungie aren't that cool. ;-;

I’d rather have Mars.

2 OdpowiedziNo. You cannot have it. I planted a flag there first, with my name on it. Despite the rumors, the event was not filmed in a studio, nor am I just breathing hot air. Go and see for yourself. If you want it, you’ll have to fight for it. Gladiator style. Go big, or go home. Mercury is mine. MINE. I won it fair and square in a card game.

Give the dust to me, and I will get what you seek , I promise lol Just send it in $50 Eververse Gift cards to Bob, Chasm #3, Tangled Shore -
After careful consideration, I’d like to make an offer of 425,000.

I would like it if we can ever have a player type home and it be on mercury but sadly destiny isn't that kind of game.

1 Odpowiedź500 million Silver will be the starting bid. Your bright dust is worth nothing here.

1 OdpowiedźPsst, if I throw in my own lot of dust can I get the rights to a rock from Mercury? Not a big one, just a small one, preferably hand-sized, that’d be great for getting on a map.

2 OdpowiedziUhm... isn't 400.000 Bright Dust units too much for Mercury? I believe you should instruct a consultant for a proper evaluation of the property. It might make you save some Bright Dust that you could invest in something else like, I don't know... repair the old Tower, maybe?

1 OdpowiedźWhy buy Mercury when you can buy Gambit, and make it better!

The only problem is it's not engulfed in darkness, but was taken by the Witness. So it's not even in our system at the moment. But I suppose you could go to a pyramid and ask the Witness to sell you mercury.
