Immaru
*mild spoilers below I guess*
From Lucent Tales Lore book, Immaru:
"Aren't they?" His voice was dark and hard, and he paused to re-center. "Everyone—Fallen, Vex, even Hive—every last one of 'em knows you don't shoot the medic. But nobody told these jokers apparently."
Excuse me? I'm sorry did you forget you last, what couple of hundred years? Remember all the dead ghosts we found on the moon, down in the Hell Mouth? You got a short memory.

Opposing factions often do this kinda thing to otherise their opponents. In the same lore book you see a ghost telling their Hive knight to kill an opposing ghost. In the same DLC you see our ghost ripping apart Savi and her family for the ghosts and guardians she killed. The USA did a similar thing in world war 2, saying how unjust the Germans and Japanese were for usage of camps, while using the same tactic on our west coast. Reminder, few villains actually villains. This idea is made more prominent in war time. Covenant had their religious beliefs as their justification for war, Hive the same. Lucent hive are mostly on the defensive, like us and Savi’s ghost naturally spent a lot of time around Savi, this would give her plenty of time to manipulate him.

I feel like Immaru might be trying to be manipulative he has that almost tone plus I'm pretty darn sure we have seen physically all three species mentioned kill or at least try to kill ghosts before

3 OdpowiedziAlmost everything he said in that page was flat out wrong. Not even in the ‘ I didn’t know any better ‘ sense. Everyone knows Fallen, Hive, Cabal and Vex have destroyed Ghosts. Feels like a really bad attempt to try and paint Guardians in a negative light. That old ‘all you do is kill’ trope from D1.

Immaru is wrong, vex will slaughter anything non-vex in order to be the last surviving species, same with hive, taken and scorn to a degree. The only ones that basically do know to not shoot the medic are the cabal, fallen and guardians which coincidentally are allied to a degree as well
