I have been trying to transport my Xbox D2 account over to Steam. I have been stuck when I log in and go to cross save when it infinity gives me "Loading Cross Save Data" where get started should be and before the user agreement. I have tried: - Verifying my email/phone - Playing on both accounts and moving between destinations - Using the official app - Using Incognito/different browser - Read through bungie's official Q/A help sections related to cross-save At this point I think the problem is on bungie's end because I'm pretty sure there is nothing I can do.
