Cannot claim digital rewards
Hello there,
I am trying to redeem the digital rewards, and it's impossible to do that; every time I am trying it, I get a splash message with "Please update your email preferences". Which I already did, email is verified already, every box in the email preferences is checked, still not working.
Anyone could help with that?

EDIT: forgot to add, I am on PlaysStation Network.

1 OdpowiedźI have the same Problem. Nothing works. Even changing to another Email, its still says Update your Preferences.
